The original firm behind popular Mexican eateries Lobo Rojo and Little Lobo has been liquidated with debts of more than £500,000 – but all five North East restaurants are to continue trading, with all jobs safeguarded.
Lobo Rojo – which means red wolf – was originally launched in 2018 by founders Robert Beveridge-Pearson and John Good, opening the first restaurant on the Fish Quay in North Shields, North Tyneside, after starting from humble beginnings, serving up quesadillas and taco trios at the Flash House Brewery.
