A UK security company has plunged into liquidation with debts to HMRC of more than £1million. F8 Services Ltd, which traded as Force8 Group, based in Thetford, Norfolk, filed for liquidation this month, owing HMRC almost £1.05million, according to Companies House.
The business is now trading under two other companies set up by director Clive Vooght, and will continue to provide security services across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and employ around 100 staff. Mr Vooght appointed liquidators to F8 Services Limited after HMRC filed a winding-up petition in January.
