B18 Ltd, which ran events at Goldsborough Hall, near Knaresborough, owes the money to a range of businesses, banks and HMRS, according to a report published by Companies House.
B18’s directors are listed as Goldsborough Hall’s owners Mark and Clare Oglesby.
However, Goldsborough Hall is continuing to trade and all bookings and commitments will be honoured.
