Leading Labels, which was founded in 1993, is a long-running clothing retailer that draws shoppers with major brands at outlet prices.
The Suffolk store was located in Sailmaker’s in Ipswich.
Jeremy Bleazard of XL Business Solutions Limited was appointed liquidator on May 26, according to public records.
Companies House also shows the brand has overdue accounts dating back to 2024.
In April, a spokeswoman for the shop said that although it is closing, staff were unaware of the reasons why or when the closure could be expected.
It stocked discounted fashion items from big-name brands, including Calvin Klein, Wrangler and Joules.
