Two Sydney venues formerly controlled by bankrupt publican Jon Adgemis have sold to ASX-listed Clime Asset Management and Singapore-headquartered Vantage Point Asset Management for about $80 million, after a proposed deal with Millinium Capital’s Tom Wallace fell over last month.
South Bondi Hotel – otherwise known as Noah’s Backpackers – in Bondi Beach and Empire Hotel in Annandale have been snapped up by the two asset managers for about $60 million and $20 million respectively, plus costs, in a fresh transaction.
