A bankrupt criminal developer has seen yet another of his businesses go bust, this time over tax debts.
Stephens & Stephens Developers (Seaton) Ltd, which was responsible for the controversial building of 10 so-called luxury homes at Seaton in south east Cornwall, has been liquidated by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) over money it was owed.
