A UK security company which said it had more than 30 years of industry experience has been ordered to wind up by the High Court. First Response Security Team Limited, based in Luton, Bedfordshire, has entered compulsory liquidation after a winding-up order was made on June 24, 2026.
According to a notice published in The London Gazette, the winding-up petition was filed on May 5, 2026, before the High Court issued the order earlier this week. The Official Receiver has now been appointed as liquidator to oversee the company’s affairs.
Founded in 2012, the company said it was built on more than three decades of experience in the security industry through its senior management team.
