Welcome Homes (Scotland) Limited was founded in 2005 and was registered to an address in Charlotte Square in the Scottish capital.
MVL Online was appointed liquidator after a resolution was passed that “the company be wound up voluntarily”.
It added that it was agreed that Lee De’ath, of MVL Online, be appointed as liquidator “for the purposes of such winding up”.
The liquidator also said creditors are required to prove their debts and “if so required by notice from the liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim”.
