JKM Transport Solutions Ltd, based in Armadale, appointed administrators on June 29.
The news was published in the Edinburgh Gazette on Friday, with Companies House data also confirming the business has filed for insolvency.

George Lafferty, of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, has been named as the liquidator overseeing the company.
There is no information on the number of jobs that have been lost as a result.
The business was incorporated in August 2021 and describes itself as a “small family-run haulage contractor” which was responsible for everything from long-distance hauls to local store deliveries.
