The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has released the revised syllabus for Phase 10 of the Limited Insolvency Examination (LIE), which will come into effect from October 1, 2026.
The Limited Insolvency Examination is conducted under Regulation 3 of the Insolvency Professionals Regulations, 2016, for individuals aspiring to become Insolvency Professionals.
According to the IBBI, the syllabus has been updated to reflect changes in insolvency laws, regulations, judicial pronouncements and the evolving insolvency ecosystem.
