The Macquarie Greek Studies Foundation (MGSF) will undergo its most significant governance overhaul since its establishment when members gather later this month to vote on a new board, an amended constitution and a formal governance review following the organisation’s placement into voluntary administration earlier this year.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, July 27, represents the next stage in the Foundation’s recovery after months of uncertainty surrounding its governance and administration.
Unlike previous AGMs, this meeting is not being convened by the Foundation’s Board. Instead, it has been called by Deed Administrator Timothy Cook under the terms of the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA)…
