JKM Transport Solutions Ltd, based in West Lothian, was incorporated in August 2021 and operated as a road freight business from Scotland’s central belt. The company described itself as a small family-run haulage contractor, carrying out both long-distance work across the UK and local store deliveries.
Official records show that the company was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 29 June. A notice published in The Gazette confirms that George Lafferty of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP in Glasgow has been appointed liquidator.
