The founders of prominent activewear brand Stax have publicly apologised to customers who have been left with unfulfilled orders, as the once multimillion-dollar retail operation formally enters liquidation.
Stax was placed in receivership in June but continued to trade while receivers from FTI Consulting urgently assessed the business.
The business and its related entities were subsequently placed in liquidation on July 10, with Brian Silvia and Michael Hird from CasCap Advisory appointed to oversee a winding up of the business.
