The compulsory liquidation relates to the 6 Bells Pub Group Limited, listed at comes Moncrieffe Road.
A petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs seeking that the company “be wound up by the court and to appoint a liquidator”.
