Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (ASX: TEG) has requested a voluntary suspension of its ordinary shares from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange, effective from the commencement of trading on 16 July 2026. The suspension was triggered by the entry of Pilot Energy Ltd (ASX: PGY) into voluntary administration on 14 July 2026, which has thrown into uncertainty a binding transaction for the sale of Triangle Energy’s Cliff Head project.
