A UK haulage and freight business open for just half a decade has become the latest firm to fall into liquidation. T.M.S Service Provider Limited appointed liquidators on July 13, with a notice published in the London Gazette early on July 21.
A Resolution for Winding-Up order has revealed that the business would be “wound up voluntarily”. It is unknown at this stage how the news will impact staff, with no information so far on how many job cuts can be expected. Darren Edwards of Exigen Group Limited has been appointed as the liquidator overseeing the company.
