St Davids Distillery Limited, based at Sunny Hill, Nine Wells near Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, faces a winding-up petition from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
The petition, filed under the Insolvency Act 1986, alleges unpaid tax debts and opens the door to compulsory liquidation if granted by the High Court.
