Cathedral Funeral Services, based at 55 St Owen Street in Hereford, has entered voluntary liquidation after the retirement of proprietor Patrick Walesby.
Documents filed with Companies House on May 21 confirmed the company would be voluntarily wound up, with Brett Barton of Azzuri House, Walsall, appointed as liquidator on June 2.
Keith Patrick Walesby had served as director and secretary of the business since it was established in 2004, according to other documents.
A statement on the Cherished Funeral Services website said: “Proprietor Patrick Walesby has retired.
“Kate of Cherished Funerals is your new point of contact should you require a funeral director or wish to discuss anything.”
