A family-run garage open since 2002 has fallen into liquidation in another major blow to the UK car industry. Mike O’Sullivan Garage Services Limited appointed liquidators on July 21, with the notice published in the London Gazette on July 27.
A notice explained that the vehicle repair & MOT services firm was being “wound up voluntarily”. Darren Brookes of Milner Boardman & Partners has been appointed as the liquidator overseeing the company. There is no information on how the news will affect staff or job cuts at this early stage of proceedings.
