A liquidator has been appointed to a well-known family-run Scottish city centre restaurant.
The move follows an HMRC court action against the Glasgow restaurant founded 47 years ago.
A petition against Café Gandolfi Limited, of Albion Street, was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in April.
Now a liquidator of the company was appointed.

Colin Murdoch, an insolvency practitioner at Murray Stewart Fraser, was appointed liquidator, according to a notice on July 28.
Sir Billy Connolly and Paolo Nutini are among the restaurant’s famous patrons.
