Ski Yodl Ltd, which traded as Yodl, specialised in ski trips to the French Alps and has now entered voluntary liquidation, leading to the cancellation of all booked package holidays.
The company described itself as “a collective of ski industry professionals driven to create a customer-centric booking experience with skiing at its core.”
It aimed to build “the largest online marketplace of hand-picked stays and experiences in the mountains,” according to the company’s LinkedIn page.
An official notice published in The Gazette confirmed that shareholders voted on July 22 to voluntarily wind up the company, reports the Express.
