Easy Fleet Limited, based in Barry, entered the process following resolutions passed at a general meeting held on June 16 in Cardiff.
The company was based at Unit 10 Palmerston Workshops and operated in the motor trade sector.
During the meeting, members approved a special resolution to “wound up voluntarily” and appointed Katrina Orum and Huw Powell of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP as joint liquidators.
Their appointments took effect on June 16, 2026.
The voluntary wind-up is a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL), a formal process used when a company is brought to an end under the supervision of licensed insolvency practitioners.
