A liquidator was appointed to the company after court action was taken by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
A petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court for HMRC in relation to AllAbout Transport Limited, listed at Manse Court.
It called for the company to be wound up and for a liquidator to be appointed.
James Stephen, of BDO, was appointed liquidator, documents show.
The latest accounts for the company, posted in 2025 for the previous year, show capital and reserves in the red at £114,676, which had widened from £84,490 in the prior period.
A spokesperson for HMRC said it does not comment on individual businesses because of taxpayer confidentiality.
