Queensland truck repair business TRG Group of Companies Pty Ltd has entered liquidation for a second time, according to notices lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
An ASIC Published Notice states that at a general meeting held on July 20, 2026, members resolved that the company be wound up and appointed William Roland Robson as liquidator. ASIC’s register also lists the company’s status as being under external administration and records that a Notification of Appointment of a Receiver was lodged on August 3.
