Nigel Rice and Jacqueline Fisher, who had been directors of Genwise Ltd and held significant stakes in the company, both ceased to be people with significant control on June 26.
They then resigned as directors three days later, on June 29, with Ms Fisher also stepping down as company secretary.
David Stanley Gates was appointed as Genwise’s sole director on the same day.
Genwise Ltd, whose registered office is Lime House School in Dalston, remains listed at Companies House as being in a ‘voluntary arrangement’.
