JL Drinks Ltd, which traded under the name of Virtus Brands, traded from Multipark Pensnett in Kingswinford (formerly known as The Pensnett Trading Estate).
Following resolutions approved on July 29, Laura Anne Walshe, of Keywood Group Limited in Birmingham, was appointed liquidator to oversee the company’s voluntary winding-up. No jobs have been affected by the move.
