In Value Wise Consultancy Private Limited v Deputy Director, Enforcement Directorate, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) held that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has no jurisdiction over the Enforcement Directorate (ED) withdrawing funds from a corporate debtor’s account.
