ACFS Port Logistics says it has secured assurances from a major landlord that operations at its sites will not be impeded during the company’s administration.
Managing Director and CEO Arthur Tzaneros issued the update today, August 13, following reports that ACFS was approximately $12.2 million behind in rent owed to ESR-REIT, a real estate investment trust, across three Port of Brisbane properties.
