Orchard Tree Surgery Ltd, based at Clifford Court in Carlisle, has gone into creditors’ voluntary liquidation, with Steven Wiseglass, director and founder of insolvency firm Inquesta, appointed as liquidator.
A statement of affairs signed by company director Andrew Edgar shows an estimated deficiency to creditors of £916,627.11.
The document records fixed assets with a book value of £518,440 and current assets valued at £113,607, alongside a motor vehicle valued at £794.40.
The fixed and current assets were estimated to realise nothing, while the motor vehicle was estimated to realise £794.40.
