SINGAPORE – Singapore-based AI recruitment platform Snaphunt is being wound up after a planned US$2.8 million (S$3.5 million) funding round was said to have been delayed, leaving it without enough cash to continue operating.
The company resolved on July 30 to wind up operations. Tan Wei Cheong and Justin Lim from Deloitte Singapore SR&T Restructuring Services were appointed as joint liquidators, according to a Government Gazette notice published on Aug 7.
The company is now exploring options for its remaining technology and assets, including a potential sale, with hopes that its AI recruitment system can be acquired and further developed.
