A liquidator has been appointed to a well-known Scottish pub company.
The operator of the popular Ayrshire bar and restaurant is to be wound up voluntarily.
It comes after the director of Bailiot Limited, with a trading name of The Buf, spoke of “the difficult decision to close our doors”.
Karen Finnie, director, announced the planned closure last month. Now a liquidator has been appointed to the company trading in Prestwick.
Companies House documents shows a special resolution “that the company be wound up voluntarily”.
