Opus Recruitment Ltd of 19 Railway Street has left a deficit of over £20,000.
The business was launched eight years ago with Jonathan David Spooner and Sarah Juliet Woods listed as its directors.
Redmond Nichols Butler of Driffield were appointed liquidators on July 27.
