Renderworks Limited, based in Motherwell, was the subject of a petition to Hamilton Sheriff Court on behalf of the commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
It sought to have the company wound up and a liquidator appointed.

Colin Murdoch, of Murray Stewart Fraser Limited was appointed liquidator of the company by the creditors.
The company is described as a building and joinery business.
