FK Building Ltd of Cardale Park, Harrogate, entered a voluntary liquidation following a vote to wind up the business on July 6.
The liquidator is major liquidation and business recovery company BTG Begbies Traynor.
A report from them known as a statement of affairs says the business, which was incorporated in 2020, had estimated assets to realise of £25,233, namely cash in the bank.
