Braid Logistics (UK) Limited, based at Kings Inch Way, unveiled the move in accounts posted with Companies House for the year ended December 2025.
The company reported net assets of £20.4 million, compared to £21.6m in 2024.
It specalises in tank transportation including food-grade tanks and non-hazardous bulk liquids.
The news comes ahead of a planned group restructure.
