A ROOFING and scaffolding company with more than 20 years of experience has entered insolvency.
Youngs Roofing and Scaffolding Contractors Ltd, based in Warrington, has gone into creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
The Stockton Heath company, which had been operating for over 20 years across the north west, was officially placed into insolvent liquidation on August 12, 2026.
Stuart Kelly and Claire Harsley, of Mackay Goodwin Ltd, have been appointed as joint liquidators, according to a notice on The Gazette, which is the UK’s official public record.
Creditors have until October 9 to prove their debts by sending full details of their claims to the joint liquidators at Mackay Goodwin Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, L35 1SF.
