The restructuring crisis at Cologne-based property developer PANDION AG has reached deeper into the corporate structure than many investors initially anticipated. Five central operating subsidiaries — covering sales, design, project management and engineering — have now filed for insolvency, raising serious questions about whether the group can maintain any meaningful operational capacity through its self-administered restructuring process.
