Yorkshire Exhibition Solutions of 23 Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, entered voluntary liquidation, following a vote to wind up the business.
Leeds-based Clough Corporate Solutions were subsequently appointed liquidator.
Companies House lists Robert James Wilcock and Jemma Louise Wilcock as the company’s only directors.
