The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered the liquidation of Bymedo Healthcare LLP, where the Committee of Creditors (CoC) have voted for liquidation with an 80.86% voting share since there was no possibility of a resolution even after prolonged efforts at attracting resolution applicants.
Bymedo Healthcare LLP comes under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on 01st July 2025 as per Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 due to an application made by the operational creditor Boston Ivy Healthcare Solutions Private Limited. Sumedha Management Solutions Private Limited is appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional and then as the Resolution Professional.
