Two self-proclaimed financial experts have gone silent after about three years of persuading investors to put money into their business deals.
Lim Jian Bin, 36, and Jason Fong Wai Hong, 46, would drive Lamborghinis and wear expensive watches to meet potential investors, The Straits Times (ST) reported.
On social media and at wealth seminars, they promised guaranteed returns of up to 15 per cent each year.
In April and July 2026, Fong and Lim were declared bankrupt, according to ST.
Fong reportedly flew to Kuala Lumpur on Jun. 21, and has not left Malaysia since.
More than 50 people who invested about S$5 million in their schemes are now left wondering if they can recover their money.
