The business previously operated as Reflex Vehicle Hire, with its history dating back to 2011.
Reflex Fleet Solutions Limited acquired the company in October 2025 in a £16.5 million buy-out, Fleet News reported.
The deal came just weeks after two notices were filed stating the company’s intention to appoint administrators.
