TV Vision Limited, the television broadcasting company and part of the Sri Adhikari Brothers enterprise, saw a sharp deterioration in its operating performance in FY26, with revenue from operations falling 73.42% as the company continued to face financial stress and was subsequently admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
TV Vision’s consolidated revenue from operations fell 73.42% to ₹14.15 crore in FY26 from ₹53.24 crore a year earlier, while the company’s standalone net loss widened to ₹34.47 crore from ₹26.69 crore.
The company said it suffered a “significant breakdown” in its operations during the year, with the sharp decline in revenue also contributing to a higher EBITDA loss.
