The Bread Bin (Harrogate) Ltd entered a creditors voluntary liquidation on August 18.
Aurora Recovery of Leeds was appointed administrator.
A report, known as a statement of affairs, says the business which was incorporated in 2005, had no assets and no preferential creditors – those who are paid first.

However, the now-closed business did have unsecured creditors – those who are paid last – who were owed £31,325.69.
This was comprised of two trade and expense creditors owed £926.56 between them and banks/ financial institutions owed £30,399.13.
With the business having issued and called up capital of £1, this gave a total deficiency of £31,326.69.
