ONE OF Haverfordwest’s best-known motor trade names has gone into liquidation after the closure of its prominent town dealership.
Pembroke Motor Services Limited, better known locally as PMS, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on August 28, with Gareth Stones of Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners in Swansea appointed as liquidator.
A formal notice of the appointment was published on September 4.
The liquidation brings an end to the PMS company, which operated for decades from its highly visible premises at Salutation Square.
