Gravel Rock Limited, which is based in Oxford Business Park North. Oxford, is set to be dissolved as a company after a meeting held this summer.
In a statement published on the official company record it was revealed that liquidators from Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited had been appointed and that a special resolution had been passed to close the company permanently.
