Twiga Foods Limited, the main company, is in administration. It is now registered as Templar Field Limited, and Mohamed A. Mohamed of Maawiy Financial Advisory Services has been appointed its administrator by the board of directors, effective September 2026. The appointment is set out in a release the firm issued in Nairobi on 15th September.
That makes two Twiga companies in administration within a month, both under the same administrator, both put there by their own directors. On 17 August GT Flow Limited, registered until recently as Twiga Foods One Limited, went first. We covered that appointment on 14 September after reading Gazette Notice No. 14595 in the Kenya Gazette of 11th September.
