FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The U.S. Trustee’s Office wants a judge to convert Jade Presents’ bankruptcy case to a Chapter 7 liquidation, a move that would strip the company of control over its own case and hand oversight to an independent trustee.
The motion, filed Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota, argues Jade Presents and its affiliate, Tickets300, have repeatedly failed to provide financial records requested by the U.S. Trustee’s Office since July.
