The receivers of embattled fashion company Cue Clothing have suddenly closed five stores as the search for buyers hots up.
Cue Clothing Co, the company behind Cue and Veronika Maine, collapsed into voluntary administration on Tuesday, and its lenders appointed Kate Warwick and Vaughan Strawbridge from FTI Consulting to manage three companies in the group.

It said a “difficult decision” had been made to shutter five stores in NSW, Victoria and the ACT from the group: Woden Cue, Parramatta Cue, Mosman Veronica Maine, Melbourne Central Cue and Armadale Cue.
