A CARE company is being wound up after entering voluntary liquidation.
Jay’s Home Support Services Ltd, based in Neyland, provided domiciliary and palliative care to residents across Pembrokeshire.
The company, which also operated a day centre and offered social support services, was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on September 9 following a general meeting held at the offices of Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners in Swansea.
This came as Gareth Stones, of Stones & Co, was appointed as the liquidator.
The resolution stated that “the company be wound up voluntarily”.
The business, based at Honeyborough Business Park, was incorporated on January 16, 2024.
