The Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) at Chandigarh admitted the insolvency application against SynergyByte Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. finding that the operational debt of ₹1.05 crore was proved and there is no dispute raised.
The Bench consisted of Justice Khetrabasi Biswal (Judicial Member) and Shishir Agarwal, Member (Technical Member) and admitted the application and initiated the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The Tribunal noted that the operational debt was more than the statutory limit and default proved and statutory demand notice issued and no pre-existing dispute was shown by the Corporate Debtor.
